# 3.7.5 Khóa sổ kỳ kế toán

Cho phép kế toán thực hiện khoá sổ dữ liệu sau khi chốt được dữ liệu vào cuối kỳ kế toán. Sau khi khóa sổ, mọi chứng từ kể từ ngày khóa sổ trở về trước sẽ không được phép sửa đổi.

**Cách thao tác**

* Tại phân hệ **Tổng hợp**, chọn chức năng **Khoá sổ kỳ kế toán** tại phần thanh tác nghiệp

* Chọn ngày khóa sổ mới, sau đó nhấn **Thực hiện.**
