# 3.6.3 Phân bổ chi phí

* Để phân bổ chi phí trả trước đã khai báo, chọn **Chi phí trả trước/Phân bổ chi phí/Thêm**

* Chọn kỳ tính và phân bổ CPTT sau đó **Xác nhận**. **P**hần mềm sẽ tự động xác định phân bổ của các chi phí trả trước trong thời gian lựa chọn và điền thông tin vào phiếu tính phân bổ

* Tại đây người dùng có thể sửa hoặc xóa CPTT khỏi phiếu phân bổ trong tháng bằng cách bấm chọn vào dòng CPTT sau đó bấm chuột phải chọn chức năng.

* Sau khi kiểm tra các thông tin xong, chọn **Lưu.**
