# 2.11.4 Loại tiền
## 2.11.4.1 Danh mục Loại tiền
* Danh mục Loại tiền trong phần mềm kế toán Bách Khoa dùng để khai báo các loại tiền tệ hạch toán trên phần mềm.
* Để truy cập vào danh mục loại tiền, chọn **Danh mục/ Khác/ Loại tiền**
## **2.11.4.2 Thêm mới danh mục Loại tiền**
* Để thêm mới danh mục **Loại tiền**, chọn 
* Tiến hành khai báo các thông tin, sau khi khai báo xong ấn nút **Lưu**
## 2.11.4.3 Sửa **danh mục Loại tiền**
* Để sửa danh mục **Loại tiền** thao tác chọn 
* Tiến hành khai báo các thông tin, sau khi điền xong chọn **Lưu.**

**Lưu ý**: Có thể thao tác chọn "Ngừng theo dõi " nếu không có nhu cầu theo dõi loại tiền đã chỉnh sửa.

## 2.11.4.4 Xóa **danh mục Loại tiền**
* Để xóa danh mục **Loại tiền** thao tác chọn 
* Sau đó chọn **Xác nhận**.

* Để nhân bản danh mục **Loại tiền** thao tác chọn 
* Tiến hành khai báo các thông tin, sau khi điền xong chọn **Lưu.**
## **2.11.4.6 Xu**ất khẩu **danh mục Loại tiền**
Để thao tác tải về toàn bộ danh mục **Loại tiền** bấm chọn 
, hệ thống sẽ gửi về máy tính 1 file excel có tên **Bảng kê loại tiền.**
