# 3.7.4 Phân bổ doanh thu nhận trước
1\. Vào phân hệ **Tổng hợp**, chọn **Phân bổ doanh thu nhận trước**. Nhấn **Thêm.**
2\. Chọn kỳ phân bổ doanh thu nhận trước, nhấn **Xác nhận**
3\. Chương trình sẽ tự động xác định và thực hiện phân bổ các khoản doanh thu nhận trước:
* Xác định các khoản **Doanh thu nhận trước cần phân bổ** và **Số tiền phân bổ trong kỳ**.

Lưu ý: Có thể thao tác tự sửa **Số tiền phân bổ trong kỳ** (nếu muốn) bằng cách tích chọn cột **Doanh thu nhận trước** cần sửa thao tác bấm chuột phải chọn **Sửa dòng xác định DT nhận trước**

* Phân bổ doanh thu cho các đối tượng đã được thiết lập khi khai báo [Doanh thu nhận trước](https://app.gitbook.com/@bachkhoa-social/s/ke-toan-bach-khoa/huong-dan-s-dung/3.-nghiep-vu/3.7-tong-hop/3.7.3-doanh-thu-nhan-truoc).
* Ghi nhận bút toán hạch toán doanh thu phân bổ. *(Bút toán này sẽ được ghi vào sổ cái của các tài khoản tương ứng)*.
4 Nhấn **Lưu.**

* *Nếu không muốn tiếp tục phân bổ Doanh thu nhận trước cho các kỳ tiếp theo thì thiết lập **ngừng phân bổ Doanh thu nhận trước** trên tab **Doanh thu nhận trước**.*
