# 3.1.1.2.1 Tạm ứng cho nhân viên
## 3.1.1.2.1.1 Định khoản
**Nợ TK 141** Tạm ứng
**Có TK 111** Tiền mặt (1111, 1112)
## 3.1.1.2.1.2 Mô tả nghiệp vụ
Khi nhân viên xin đề nghị tạm ứng tiền mặt để: đi công tác, mua hàng hoá, tiếp khách… bộ phận kế toán thường phát sinh các hoạt động sau:
* Căn cứ vào đề nghị tạm ứng của nhân viên đã được trưởng phó/phòng và Giám đốc phê duyệt, kế toán thanh toán sẽ lập Phiếu chi.
* Chuyển Phiếu chi cho Kế toán trưởng và Giám đốc ký duyệt.
* Thủ quỹ căn cứ vào Phiếu chi đã được duyệt, thực hiện xuất quỹ tiền mặt và ghi sổ quỹ.
* Nhân viên ký Phiếu chi và nhận tiền. Còn kế toán thanh toán căn cứ vào Phiếu chi có chữ ký của thủ quỹ và người nhận tiền để ghi số kể toán tiền mặt.
## 3.1.1.2.1.3 Các bước thực hiện
Nghiệp vụ **“Chi tạm ứng cho nhân viên bằng tiền mặt”** được thực hiện trên phần mềm như sau.
* Vào phân hệ **Tiền/ Thu, chi tiền**, chọn chức năng **Thêm/ Chi tiền**.
* Chọn lý do chi là **Tạm ứng cho nhân viên**.
* Khai báo thông tin chứng từ, sau đó nhấn **Lưu.**
* Chọn chức năng **In, Xuất khẩu** trên thanh công cụ, sau đó chọn mẫu phiếu cần in, xuất khẩu.
