# 3.4.1.2 Nhập kho hàng bán bị trả lại

## 3.4.1.2.1 **Định khoản**

**Nợ TK 152, 155, 156…**

   **Có TK 632**                    Giá vốn hàng bán

## **3.4.1.2.2 Mô tả nghiệp vụ**

Khi phát sinh nghiệp vụ hàng bán bị trả lại, thông thường sẽ phát sinh các hoạt động sau:

* Nhân viên bán hàng đề nghị nhập kho hàng bị trả lại
* Kế toán kho lập Phiếu nhập kho, sau đó chuyển Kế toán trưởng và Giám đốc ký duyệt
* Căn cứ vào Phiếu kho, Thủ kho nhập kho hàng bị trả lại và ghi Sổ kho
* Kế toán ghi sổ kế toán kho.

## 3.4.1.2.3 Các bước thực hiện

* Vào phân hệ **Kho/Nhập, xuất kho**, chọn chức năng **Thêm/ Phiếu nhập kho.**
* Chọn loại phiếu nhập kho là **Hàng bán bị trả lại**
* Chọn chứng từ bán hàng bị trả lại bằng 1 trong 2 cách:
  * Nhấn biểu tượng mũi tên, chọn chứng từ Hàng bán bị trả lại cần lập phiếu nhập kho.

* Chọn chứng từ Hàng bán bị trả lại trong danh sách tìm kiếm:
  * Nhấn biểu tượng kính lúp.
  * Thiết lập điều kiện tìm kiếm chứng từ hàng bán bị trả lại, sau đó nhấn **Lấy dữ liệu**.
  * Chọn chứng từ hàng bán bị trả lại cần lập phiếu nhập kho, sau đó nhấn **Xác nhận**.

* Hệ thống sẽ tự động lấy thông tin của khách hàng và hàng hóa từ chứng từ bán hàng bị trả lại sang phiếu nhập kho.
* Khai báo các thông tin khác của phiếu nhập kho, nhấn **Lưu**.
