## 3.2.4.1 Lập chứng từ nhận hóa đơn
* Tại các chứng từ mua hàng hóa, dịch vụ phát sinh nhưng **không kèm hóa đơn**
* Sau khi nhận được hóa đơn lập chứng từ nhận hóa đơn tại **Mua hàng/Nhận hóa đơn/Nhận hóa đơn**
* Nhập **Nhà cung cấp,** chọn **Thời gian/Lấy dữ liệu**
* Tích chọn chứng từ bấm **Xác nhận**
* Chọn **Lưu**
## 3.2.4.2 Sửa Nhận hóa đơn
* Để thực hiện sửa **nhận hóa đơn** đã chọn thao tác bấm 
* Khai báo các thông tin trên phiếu và ấn **Lưu.**
## 3.2.4.3 Xóa nhận hóa đơn
* Để xóa **nhận hóa đơn** đã chọn, thao tác bấm 
* Sau đó chọn **Xác nhận**.
## **3.2.4.4 Xu**ất khẩu nhận hóa đơn
* Để xuất khẩu nhận hóa đơn đã chọn thao tác bấm 
, hệ thống sẽ báo file tải thành công về máy.
