# 3.6.1 Sổ theo dõi

## 3.6.1.1 Nội dung

Sổ theo dõi chi phí trả trước (CPTT) trong phần mềm kế toán Bách Khoa dùng để theo dõi danh sách CPTT, phân bổ chi phí và các bút toán ghi giảm, điều chỉnh, điều chuyển CPTT.

## 3.6.1.2 Các bước thực hiện

### A.Tìm kiếm nhanh CPTT theo nhiều tiêu chí

1\. Vào phân hệ **Chi phí trả trước**, chọn tab **Sổ theo dõi.**\
2\. Thiết lập điều kiện tìm kiếm CPTT.\
3\. Nhấn **Lấy dữ liệu**. Chương trình sẽ hiển thị danh sách CPTT theo điều kiện đã thiết lập.

### B. Xem nhanh tình hình đơn vị sử dụng, chứng từ

Để xem nhanh các đơn vị sử dụng CPTT thực hiện như sau:

1. Chọn CPTT trên danh sách
2. Chọn tab **Đơn vị sử dụng**

3\. Chương trình sẽ hiển thị danh sách các chứng từ đơn vị sử dụng CPTT

Thực hiện tương tự để theo dõi chứng từ phát sinh CPTT.
