# 3.5.2.2 Khai báo TSCĐ đầu kỳ

## 3.5.2.2.1  **Nội dung**

Giúp khai báo các TSCĐ đã được ghi tăng từ trước khi sử dụng phần mềm để tiếp tục theo dõi và trích khấu hao.

## **3.5.2.2.2 C**ác bước thực hiện

* Vào phân hệ **Tài sản cố định/ Ghi tăng/ Thêm/Khai báo tài sản đầu kỳ**

* Nhập các thông tin chi tiết cho tài sản cố định năm trước như: Mã tài sản, Tên tài sản, Ngày ghi tăng, Ngày bắt đầu sử dụng, Nguyên giá, Giá trị tính khấu hao…

* Nhấn **Lưu.**

**Lưu ý:** *Trường hợp một TSCĐ phân bổ cho nhiều đối tượng khác nhau (có thể phân bổ cho công trình, đối tượng tập hợp chi phí, đơn vị, đơn hàng, hợp đồng), cần khai báo tài sản đó trên nhiều dòng, khai báo thông tin **Đối tượng phân bổ**, nhập **Tỷ lệ phân bổ** và **Tài khoản chi phí** tương ứng với từng **Đối tượng phân bổ**. Các thông tin còn lại được khai báo giống nhau giữa các dòng.*

* *Sau khi khai báo xong, chương trình sẽ tự động chuyển thông tin TSCĐ vừa khai báo sang tab **Sổ tài sản** và **Ghi tăng** trên phân hệ **Tài sản cố định** để theo dõi.*
* *Để sửa lại thông tin TSCĐ đầu kỳ, vào phân hệ **Tài sản cố định\tab Ghi tăng**, chọn thông tin TSCĐ đầu kỳ muốn thay đổi và nhấn **Sửa**.*
