# 3.6.6 Ghi giảm chi phí trả trước

## 3.6.6.1 Nội dung

Ghi giảm chi phí trả trước (CPTT) trong phần mềm kế toán Bách Khoa dùng để ghi giảm các CPTT trong trường hợp thanh lý, nhượng bán, góp vốn, đầu tư v.v.

## 3.6.6.2 Các bước thực hiên

* Để ghi giảm CPTT chọn **Chi phí trả trước/Ghi giảm/Thêm**

* Chọn lý do ghi giảm, ấn thêm dòng khai báo thông tin phù hợp trên phiếu

* Sau đó chọn **Lưu.**
